When you take shots all practice long from Tewaaraton award winner Charlotte North, seeing shots in the games from anyone becomes a little easier.
Such is the case with Boston College elite goalie and national champion Rachel Hall.
Prior to winning a national championship with the BC Eagles, Hall built an impressive goalie resume with 3 Under Armour All-American awards in high school and a gold medal with the U19 USA National team in 2019.
The Texas native transferred to Boston College from the University of Oregon her junior season and immediately took the reins of the starting position. It was not an easy situation has the Boston College Eagles, prior to the COVID cancelled season, had finished 2nd for 3 straight seasons. Could Rachel be the catalyst that finally propelled them to the top spot?
Rachel joins the Lax Goalie Rat show to discuss her development in the goal. She shares some drills and mindsets that allow to her to perform at the top level of her game.
