I’ve been mildly obsessed with vision training after Trevor Tierney presented the topic of the ‘quiet eye’ for lacrosse goalies in the Lacrosse Goalie Summit. Here’s the Tierney coaching session (for those who purchased the VIP pass only).
Part of my research led me to Dr. Robert Buonfiglio who has spent time working with professional lacrosse players. Specifically with the Boston Cannons when Coach Bill Daye was at the helm.
Dr. Robert Buonfiglio is an optometrist in the Boston area, working in the area of Sports Vision Training – testing and improving the visual skills of athletes, with the goal of improving on-field performance.
