In this conversation with Jack we touch on a number of great topics including:
How he got his start in goal
What the Navy style of goalie play is all about
His college recruiting experience at Hofstra
How goalie game changed in college
What he wished he put more time into in high school
The Lax Goalie Rat Camp – The premier online camp for coaching lacrosse goalies. Everything you need to learn this position and take your goalie to the next level physically, mentally, and technically.
Lacrosse is my passion! The game has given me so much and this blog is my way of giving back to the lax community. Specifically the most bad a$$ part of that community - the goalies! After learning to play goalie from scratch, I wanted to create a site where I could share what I learned with others so they too can become champions in the crease and in life. Learn more about Coach Damon.
