High School Senior and Recent Johns Hopkins Commit Jack Webb – LGR Episode #95

Listen on Apple Podcast

Last episode of the podcast featured a Hopkins Hall of Famer Larry Quinn.

This week we have Jack Webb who is just about to start his own Johns Hopkins legacy in the fall when he starts school there.

The high school senior out of Loyola Blakefield joins me to discuss his progression as a lacrosse goalie and all the hard work and mental mindset shifts that took place to get to Division 1 level lacrosse.

This story is a little bit of a comeback story and I owe Jack an apology. We recorded this episode a few months ago (January 15, 2021) and then my external hard drive crashed and I thought the file was gone forever. But I just recently recovered it!

Hey, everyone loves a good comeback story.

Thanks to the Goaliesmith guys for the recommendation. I know Jack has spent a lot time working with Andrew and Mike and its paid dividends in the form getting to play D1 college ball at a storied program like Hopkins.

In addition to being a stud goalie Jack is also an awesome young man and it was a pleasure to get to know him.

Jack is presenting at the Lacrosse Goalie Summit 4. Make sure to sign up with that link and catch his presentation going into further depth on his experience in the recruiting process.

Here are some highlight clips from Jack:
