I get a lot of requests for female lacrosse goalie specific content so I wanted to invite Lyndsey on the show to get her take given that she is a female lacrosse goalie and now coaches women as well.

We discuss a lot about what it means to be a female lacrosse goalie and the different struggles that they encounter that the male counterparts might not.

We discuss identity quite a bit and touch on the struggles that Lyndsey went through in college in the hopes that other goalies going through similar situations can learn.
