In this week’s episode Coach Damon interviews the man himself Travis Sandin better known as RedBeard Lacrosse.
RedBeard is a guy I’ve been following for a long time now.
I’m a huge fan of his stick-stringing videos and his ability to create amazing wands for all goalies alike.
We have a great conversation about goalies sticks, how he go into stringing, mesh, and what makes a good string job.
Travis is also a big-time box lacrosse goalie and played in the World Indoor Lacrosse Championships for Team Slovakia.
We talk about his experiences of being a box goalie, as well as how he feels box goalie isn’t as different from field goalie as some might think.
