It was really only a matter of time before Coach Rat joined the Lax Goalie Rat podcast.

Scott Ratliff isn’t a goalie, currently an LSM on the PLL Archers,  but this dude knows a ton about mental toughness.

That is the topic of our conversation – Coach Rat’s 3 main tips for mental toughness.

These tips apply to defensemen, LSM,  just like they apply to goalies. In fact, goalie is such a mental battle they might be even more important for us goalies.

I also get to pick a defender’s brain and ask him who’s the best goalie he ever played with and what exactly do defenders like from their goalie.
